underwhelming stay
small room low water pressure
the staff were helpful with directions.
The room was far too small. I felt cramped. the shower was especially bad. It barely had any water pressure. it. We really struggled with such a basic amenity.

convenient location amazing comfort helpful staff
I appreciated the location near the colosseum. It was very convenient. my room was the presidential suite. It offered amazing comfort. the staff looked nice and helpful .
the sound insulation was not optimal, and i could hear noises from adjacent rooms.

the presidential suite featured a large living space on the first floor and a bedroom upstairs. electronic windows allowed a natural breeze, and curtains supported good sleep. antique decorations added character to the room.

the hotel sits next to the forum, and MOST sights are within a 20 minute walk. the colosseum is within walking distance from the hotel. the train station is about a 10 minute walk.

the courtyard is GORGEOUSwith a relaxing atmosphere. the staff offered a warm welcome, even with an early check in. the hotel looks like an ancient castle building.

the staff was always available and kind. the hotel itself is very nice. it has a beautiful courtyard and the area immediately surrounding it. it.
The room wasn't in good condition. the shower wasn't sufficiently clean. There were hairs on the walls. the shower was also really small. it was unpleasant.

fantastic location , great for sightseeing
amazing location beautiful courtyard attentive staff
the hotel is next to the circus maximus so its location is amazing. the architecture includes a beautiful courtyard , a lovely place to relax. the staff are attentive and always happy to assist. the room included a lovely bathroom.
you can literally hear everything from the next rooms. i heard loud music playing until around 3 am one night , probably from a nearby restaurant. it was not acceptable because i could not sleep. i think the hotel should ensure the rest of their guests.

there are several rich and entertaining restaurants just outside the monastery, so dining options are easily accessible. also, there is a bakery next to the hotel, which provides additional convenience seeking a quick breakfast or snack.

the hotel courtyard is filled with beautiful statues and fountains. netflix access is available in the room, a nice feature for entertainment. espresso and snacks are provided in the room, offering a convenient amenity.

broken air conditioner many ants
The staff were helpful and stored my luggage after checkout.
I was disappointed. The air conditioning did not work, and I found many ants in the room. It was not worth the price I paid, especially given other positive reviews I had seen. The room did not meet my expectations at all
